This was the original mantle that the home owner built. We stripped the paint, then mounted it on the second floor
as a wall shelf.

This is a 7 foor diameter light circle that we built for the little girls room. Jim's quote for this piece "What
do you mean it's too big???? Beat to fit, paint to match!!!"

"Hands Around the World" theme for the little boy's room. The plywood cut outs are tracings of his friends.
The mural on the wall was painted by one of the scenic artists. She does AMAZING work!!!!!!

This is the piece that I am most proud of. It started out as 3 logs that one of the designers salvaged from the
firewood pile. One of the logs still had a splitting wedge buried in it. I slab cut the logs with a chain saw,
then planed them smooth. I then cut them into 9x9, 6x6 and 3x3 tiles and arranged them to make the top. The wood
is spalted maple, and maple burl. The frame is from black walnut donated by one of the neighbors. Quote for this
piece " You want me to do WHAT with that log????"

In 2006 I had the opportunity to volunteer for an episode of Extreme Makeover Home Edition. It was
an absolutely amazing week, and one that I thought would be a once in a lifetime opportunity. A few months later I received
a phone call and they asked me to come help on another episode. 3 years and numerous episodes later I still love every
minute of it. They are long days, but days spent with amazing people that I am blessed to call my friends.
